FREMO convention in Praha 2007

FREMO N in Praha 28.9. - 2.10.2007

English: It was end of September 2007 when about 30 model railway enthusiasts from all over Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany met for 6 busy days for an international convention with FREMO N-scales modules in Prague. The Czech club Zababov and FREMO invited. The layout consisted of a Polish main line and a Czech/German main line, connected by a bridge between, and a Czech/German branch line. Center point was the new Czech station Podlesí. The interesting thing on this layout was the combination of long passages and lovingly decorated stations on the Polish part and an "industrial centre" on the Czech/German part. Deutsch: Ende September 2007 trafen sich etwa 30 Modellbahner aus Polen, Tschechien, der Slowakei und Deutschland für 6 geschäftige Tage zu einem internationalen FREMO-N-Modultreffen in Prag. Eingeladen hatten der tschechische Klub Zababov und FREMO. Das Arrangement bestand aus einer polnischen und einer tschechisch/deutschen Hauptbahn, einer Brücke zwischen diesen Hauptbahnen und einer tschechisch/deutschen Nebenbahn. Zentraler Drehpunkt war der neue tschechische Bahnhof Podlesí. Das Interessante an dem Arrangement war die Kombination von einerseits lange Fahrstrecken und liebevoll gestalteten Bahnhöfen auf dem polnischen Teil und einem "industriellem Zentrum" auf tschechisch/deutscher Seite.
